Our experienced support coordinators, Megan and Genelle, bring their unique expertise to meet diverse participant needs:
Genelle specializes in supporting high-needs, complex cases requiring intensive support. Her role involves managing intricate care dynamics and ensuring participants with complex needs receive the comprehensive assistance they require.
Megan focuses on assisting children and families with multiple individuals living with disabilities. She provides tailored support to navigate the complexities of managing care for families with diverse needs.
Our support coordinators are experienced in:
- Understanding and Implementing NDIS Plans: Helping participants comprehend their plans and effectively implement supports aligned with their goals.
- Connecting with Providers and Services: Linking participants to NDIS providers, community resources, mainstream supports, and other government services.
- Managing Complex Care: Overseeing and coordinating support from multiple providers and managing complex care dynamics.
- Building Confidence: Empowering participants to confidently use their supports.
- Navigating SACAT and AAT Processes: Guiding participants through the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT) and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) processes.
- Funding Reviews: Assisting in the review of NDIS funding.
- Finding Housing: Helping participants find suitable housing and accommodation.
- Transitioning Support: Managing transitions between placements and providers to ensure continuity of care.

Chloe, our Business Support Officer (BSO) is available during business hours to assist with various administrative and operational needs. She ensures that all aspects of our service run smoothly and is always ready to address participant inquiries or concerns.
Teena, our Experience Enrichment Officer plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our participants. She is dedicated to providing personalized support and ensuring that each participant’s journey with us is as positive and enriching as possible. Teena is available during business hours to offer a listening ear and assist with any additional needs or feedback.
